April 4, 2007: Rarovideo is set to release a box set of Cristiano Carloni and Stefano Franceschetti's Tragedia Endogonidia Video Memories on 23 May, 2007. The package includes 3 video DVDs representing all 11 episodes from Romeo Castellucci's Tragedia Endogonidia, and one audio CD which serves as a collection of sounds from the laboratories, episodes, outgrowths and film cycle of Tragedia Endogonidia. October 8, 2006: The studio flooded last week, and as a result I lost a lot of gear, papers and session materials. Almost everything else is on hold right now while I'm cleaning up and trying to restore what is salvageable.
I've received several emails from people asking about the upcoming Cryonic Chants album; I lost a few of the emails so I'm sorry to respond by way of a general announcement here. The album is in the mastering stage right now, and the graphics are being finalized. We don't have a release date yet, but it will be soon. The event is devoted to the question as to how sound can be engaged in performance arts or in a theatrical environment of any kind. The (in)tangibility of the sound medium as much as its theatrical possibilities are issues related to this symposium theme. with master pyrotechnicians Groupe
F, who lit the Eiffel Tower for the year 2000 Millenium celebration.
The music is a composition of fire, with all sounds being created from the
